Sherry SuperfineSherry Superfine is President and Founder of Superfine Associates, Inc., an executive recruiting firm specializing in the recruitment and placement of top flight candidates for leadership positions in banking, accounting, legal, human resources, and healthcare. Mrs. Superfine is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Human Resource Association of Broward County (HRABC), and the Greater Miami Association of Human Resources (GMSHRM). She received her B.S. from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida and is a candidate for an Ed.D. in Human Resource Administration. Her background includes teaching, lecturing, sales and marketing, and entrepreneurship. |

B.J. Rakow, Ph.D.Dr. B.J. Rakow has broad-based experience in leadership coaching, executive recruiting and development, management, marketing and entrepreneurship. During her career, Dr. Rakow has advanced the design, development and delivery of organizational consulting programs for a variety of Fortune 500 clients including Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Florida Power and Light, Pro Player Stadium, Ivax, and Lloyds TSB Bank. Dr. Rakow actively participates in a variety of human resource and training professional organizations and has served as an adjunct professor and seminar leader at the Center for Business and Industry at Miami-Dade Community College, and Nova Southeastern University. Throughout her career, she has presented at nationwide conferences and published numerous articles, primarily related to behavioral interviewing skills for managers, leadership coaching methodology, leading change and building agility. BJ received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, her M.S. in Training and Development from Florida International University, Miami, Florida and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. |

Eric Kane, ESQ.Advisory Board MemberMr. Kane is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida. He specializes in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration, Charitable Planning and Guardianship Law. Mr. Kane graduated cum laude with a J.D. and L.L.M. from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida and earned a B.A. in Government and Latin American Studies, cum laude from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Mr. Kane has worked in real estate development and has experience working as a recruiter for healthcare and financial institutions. Mr. Kane was raised in South Florida and attended Ransom Everglades High School. Mr. Kane is active in numerous South Florida charitable, professional and community organizations including: Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami, Dade County Bar Association, Probate and Guardianship Committee, Florida International University School of Nursing Advisory Board, Franklin and Marshall College Alumni Board of Directors and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. |
